IDPH Releases Emergency Rules on COVID-19 Testing and Vaccinations

CDC Updated COVID Guidelines for Healthcare Providers

Fall SIREMS Emergency Medical Responder Course

No COVID-19 Work Restrictions for Vaccinated EMS Personnel

SIREMS Protocol Changes for ALS Non-Transport

​SIREMS has created an ALS Non-Transport medication list and equipment list, both specific to ALS non-transport units.  They can be found under the Protocols heading, under BB-01 Ambulance Medications and BB-08 ALS-ILS Non Transport Equipment LIst.

Changes to Herrin Hospital ED Entrance

Beginning Monday, April 5th at 0700 the turn around and canopy at the Herrin ER will be closed off for construction.

Ambulances will have two designated parking spots in front of the canopy.

ER staff will communicate with the EMS crew to determine which ambulances should deliver in front of ER and which crews should bring patients in through the ramp entrance by Administration.
